Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is due at the time of service for any portion not covered by insurance. This payment would include any deductible and/or estimated co-payment per your policy.

As a courtesy to patients with insurance, we will file insurance claims for you at no charge. We are always willing to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits but need your assistance and understanding of our payment policy. Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Most dental insurance has limited monetary benefit. It is designed to assist in, but not completely cover your costs. Please feel free to call if you have any questions.

We do accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We also offer financing through the Dental Fee Plan. Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
